Instructions for creating and uploading a statement from the payment system

Share article

A bank statement is a financial document that is issued to a customer after making a purchase in a store. It reflects the movement of money from a current account. Payment confirmations must be provided only at the request of the broker; otherwise, a scan of the statement is not required.

Where can I get proof of payment?

The statement can be downloaded from the Internet bank (Fig. 1) or any other payment system where the transaction was made, such as PayPal (Fig. 2), Yandex Money, Qiwi Wallet, Google Wallet, etc. In the statement, it is allowed to close out confidential information with the exception of the client's full name, card number, and order transactions.

How to Save and Upload a Document to Your Account (USPS)

The most acceptable format for saving the statement is PDF. To save in PDF format, use the built-in function of the Internet bank or payment system's payment history section and save it on your computer. If this function is not supported in the Internet browser, we recommend installing the Google Chrome browser or a program for a PDF printer (for example, cutepdf.com; choose from the list "CutePDF Writer" and install it on your computer). Create a *pdf file with it and upload it to your personal account in the declaration section of the USA Postal Service. Allowed formats are jpg, png, gif, and pdf. The file size is no more than 2 MB.
