US Battery Shipping Guide
Batteries and accumulators are classified as Dangerous Goods according to IATA regulations. These rules are primarily related to certain conditions of their transportation, since the instability of the elements under certain conditions can lead to subsequent spontaneous combustion of power sources. A well-known fact: in the process of shipping lithium batteries, the fire cannot be arbitrarily extinguished without third-party participation. Therefore, if a fire occurs during the flight of an aircraft, a major disaster cannot be avoided. If you plan to ship lithium batteries from the US, please check with the air carrier, they may have other restrictions that must be met!
Before you buy, do your research.
The following batteries, cells, and accumulators are subject to shipping in limited quantities. The maximum number of batteries allowed in one single shipment per recipient must be equal to the minimum number of batteries required to power the electronic device plus two spares. However, there are limitations in the power of power supplies

What if the battery I want to order is not listed?
If you did not find the type of batteries you want to order in our list, be sure to contact us so that we can check if this type is eligible for transportation. Please provide us with the link of the battery and we will let you know if it is possible to ship this item.
If we receive a package that contains a type of battery not listed on our list, or is listed as a prohibited item, then your package will not be added to the shipment. In this case, you can choose one of the following options:
1) dispose of the battery,
2) cover the cost of handling and shipping the package to the address (within the United States),
3) provide a document confirming that this product is subject to transportation without issuing a declaration for dangerous goods.
My battery is to be transported and has already arrived at the warehouse. However, the status of the package has not been updated yet. Why?
All packages with batteries will be screened so that we can determine if the item is eligible for shipping and prepare special documentation. We will try to inspect packages the same day they arrive; however, this process can take up to 72 hours. This means that if the package is delivered on the day of shipment, there is a chance that it may not be included in the current shipment. Please note that we provide this service free of charge, so we would appreciate the time you give us to process the packages with batteries.

How to calculate the capacity of a lithium battery?
Use the power calculation formula if the power in Wh(Wh) is not indicated on the battery: mAh (battery capacity) / 1000 x V (volts)= Wh(Wh)
For example, lithium battery information
Type - Li-ion; 3000mAh; Voltage- 3.7V " In this case, the formula will be: 3000 / 1000 x 3.7 = 11.1 Wh(Wh) This battery can be shipped because its power is less than 100 Wh(Wh)
More information on how to calculate power and grams can be found here.
